CISO Marketplace Intellectual Property Guidelines

Protecting intellectual property rights is crucial for our marketplace. All designers must adhere to these guidelines:

  1. Original Content: All submitted designs must be your original work. Do not copy or closely imitate existing designs.
  2. No Trademark Infringement: Do not use logos, slogans, or other trademarked material without explicit permission from the owner.
  3. Respect Copyrights: Do not use copyrighted images, characters, or text without proper licensing or permission.
  4. Public Domain and Creative Commons: If using public domain or Creative Commons content, ensure you comply with all associated terms and provide proper attribution.
  5. No Unauthorized Use of Names or Likenesses: Do not use names, images, or likenesses of public figures or organizations without their permission.
  6. Software and Tools: Ensure you have the right to use any design software or tools commercially.
  7. Font Licensing: Only use fonts that are licensed for commercial use in print-on-demand products.
  8. Parody and Fair Use: If creating parody designs, ensure they fall within fair use guidelines and do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
  9. Ownership Transfer: By submitting a design, you grant CISO Marketplace a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and sell products featuring your design.
  10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify CISO Marketplace against any claims of intellectual property infringement related to your submitted designs.

CISO Marketplace takes intellectual property rights seriously. We reserve the right to remove any design that we believe violates these guidelines or receives a valid complaint. If you have questions about these guidelines, please contact our support team.
