Under the Security Awareness and Training function, a Security Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering security training programs and initiatives to educate employees about security best practices, policies, and procedures. This role involves creating engaging and effective training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the success of the training programs to ensure continuous improvement.Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver security training programs and initiatives for employees, covering topics such as cybersecurity awareness, policy adherence, and incident reporting.Create engaging and effective training materials, such as presentations, videos, and interactive activities, to facilitate learning and retention.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, tailoring the content and delivery to suit the needs of different audiences within the organization.Evaluate the success of the training programs, gathering feedback from participants and measuring improvements in security awareness and behavior.Update and maintain training materials, ensuring that they reflect current and emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.Collaborate with other security team members and relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.Participate in security awareness campaigns and initiatives to promote a strong security culture within the organization.Overall Goals:
